At The Better Hair & Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • For hygiene reasons, used hairbrushes, serums, and accessories cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned outside the 14-day window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@thebetterhairandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the product back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
